No Refund Policy –

By purchasing a gift card or booking a service with Miraj Hammam Spa, you agree to the following terms regarding refunds:

 

1. All Sales Are Final:

All purchases made, including but not limited to gift cards, spa treatments, and promotions, are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a transaction is completed.

2. Non-Transferable & Non-Reloadable:

Gift cards are non-transferable, non-reloadable, and cannot be redeemed for cash (unless required by law).

3. Lost or Stolen Cards:

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Please treat your gift card as you would cash.

4. Service Availability:

All services are subject to availability. If a specific treatment is unavailable, we will gladly offer an alternative of equal value or assist in rescheduling.

5. No Cash Back:

Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, in whole or in part, and no cash back will be given for unused balances.

6. Policy Changes:

Miraj Hammam Spa reserves the right to update or change this policy at any time without prior notice.

 

Summer Promotions Policy –

Gift Cards issued as part of our Summer Promotion are valid exclusively for use on services and packages included in this seasonal offer. These Gift Cards cannot be applied toward regular-priced services, retail purchases, or combined with any other promotions or discounts.

Expiration Date:

All Summer Promotion Gift Cards will expire on September 30, 2025. Any unused balance remaining after this date will be considered void.
